Donnybrook Dental Surgery is an amalgam free practice (white restorations only).
All of the practitioners are very competent and are committed to continuing education,
bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to the practice.
Meet our team -
Dr Amani Ryan
Dr Ryan graduated from Sydney University in 1991, Amani is the driving force behind
Donnybrook Dental Surgery. Amani took on this practice in 2003, and has seen it grow
steadily. She keeps in touch with the latest techniques and provides state of the art
equipment and materials, ensuring that country people get the best dental care that can be
had anywhere. Amani has particular interest and skills in the areas of surgery and dental
implants.
Dr Hemanthi Allaparthi
Dr Hemanthi Allaparthi graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University in Karnataka India in 2003. Hemanthi has competently passed the Australian Dental Council Exams. Hemanthi spent several years working in both specialist and general dental practice.
Hemanthi has very strong clinical skills in all areas of general dentistry. Hemanthi has a
particular interest in the areas of periodontics and endodontics. Hemanthi also has a particular interest in children’s dentistry and is very popular with young children.
Dr Nikhil Kulkarni (B.D.S. M.P.S.-Prosthetics)
After completing his graduation (B.D.S.) in 2001 at the university of Mumbai, India.
Nikhil went to Russia to complete his masters in prosthetic dentistry from I.P.Pavlov University. He has been in private practice since then in Mumbai , before moving to Donnybrook for the peace and quiet of the beautiful south west ,
he was in Dubai for the past 4 years.
He has involved himself in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants since the very beginning.
He was awarded the FELLOWSHIP OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF ORAL IMPLANTOLOGISTS in Vancouver,
Canada in 2010. He is keen at keeping his knowledge up to date by attending courses and seminars in Australia and overseas. Nikhil is approachable , friendly and strives to make your dental appointment painless and stress free.
Dr Tony Cherry
Dr Cherry
joined our practice in August 2009. Tony is originally from the Seychelles, Tony graduated from the Otago University in Dunedin,
New Zealand in 2007.
Tony worked in a private practice in Wellington and has a strong interest in cosmetic, prosthodontic and root canal therapy work. Tony enjoys going to the gym and arts in his spare time.
Dr Khushboo Agarwal
Khushboo graduated Dux from D.Y. Patil dental University in Mumbai in 2007.
She has successfully cleared her Australian Dental Council examination.
She has strong clinical skills in all areas of general dentistry, Khushboo has special
interest in cosmetic dentistry and crown and bridge work. Khushboo loves the country atmosphere here in Donnybrook and enjoys
working at the Donnybrook Dental Surgery.
Mr Jason Sims
Jason is our visiting prosthetist who visits the practice weekly. Jason has over 18 years of
experience in the field of dental prosthetics. Jason works closely with the dentists
providing cosmetic and comfortable dentures. Jason also carries out denture repairs and relines. Jason has been providing his services in
Donnybrook since 2003.
Juanita Carroll – Practice Manager
Juanita manages the team of our support staff who are committed to providing friendly and
efficient service to our patients.
Payment Options and Payment Plans
Donnybrook Dental Surgery has the Hicaps system allowing patients to claim from their health fund on the spot.
We also accept major credit cards as well as cheques and cash.
Donnybrook Dental Surgery is able to organise up to 1 year interest free plans with GE health for approved clients.
Donnybrook also participates in the teen dental plan, medicare plan for chronically medically compromised patiens and the West Australian Regional Subsidy Scheme for approved pension and health care card holders.
